Basic Administration

COST |  $35/hour  

A proven integrator, multi-tasking is second nature for Christina. And what comes naturally than balancing the essentials of a business? To help you move more efficiently, The Assist will handle the most basic responsibilities to ensure you don’t fall behind.

Services:

  • Calendar management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events

  • Communication management: Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication

  • Documentation and data management: Organizing, maintaining, and retrieving documents, reports and other materials

  • Meeting coordination: Planning and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, sending out invitations

  • Expense reports: Light finance maintenance - preparing and submitting expense reports, invoicing

Event Planning

COST | Project Based  

Whether you’re fundraising or bringing people together for a special occasion, Christina has over 10 years of event experience at different levels. She has learned that it’s all in the details and that execution is key to make your guests feel right at home.

Services:

Varies (based on stage of planning), included but not limited to:

  • Assistance in brainstorming, vendor reach out and crafting timeline

  • Assistance in building a launch plan / creating launch materials

  • Assistance in sponsorship/tickets/in-kind donations/Partnerships tracking

  • Assistance in promoting event

  • Assistance in basic logistics overview and management

  • Assistance in post-event logistics

The Assist Retainer

COST | $3,500/month

The Assist recognizes that having us on standby can be beneficial as you build your vision as a business owner. This package includes both the Basic Administrative and the Event Planning Packages and the ability to tailor as needed for your business needs.

If you are ready to take that next step and work with The Assist, we urge you to fill out our needs assessment survey. Once reviewed, The Assist will reach out to find some time for a one-on-one phone and/or in-person consultation. This time is used to build upon additional conversation based on review of your survey. Once the details are established, The Assist will send you an engagement letter and contract outlining the services that will be provided.
